Dr. Dohad’s area of expertise is in cardiac and peripheral vascular intervention. He has participated in clinical trials of carotid artery stenting, minimally invasive stenting of abdominal aortic aneurysms, as well as all aspects of coronary and peripheral angioplasty and stenting. After receiving his medical degree from Bombay University in India, he completed his internal medicine, cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. He completed a visiting fellowship in peripheral vascular diseases at St. Elizabeths Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. After two years in private practice in Orlando, Florida he joined the Cardiovascular Medical Group of Southern California in 2001. |
